Throughout the year, participants of the Believe Achieve Inspire Leadership Program gain access to prominent and influential guest speakers in a program that is designed to develop and inspire the leaders of tomorrow.

What can you expect?

As a successful candidate, you can expect an action-packed year with access to a remarkable cross section of today’s leaders through a life-enriching year of workshops, seminars and discussions, ultimately resulting in an award of a Graduate Certificate in Management from Victoria University for successful participants.

The program provides the structure that enables you to:

• explore social, economic and environmental issues, with a ten-year horizon
• canvass a variety of issues, with a focus on the coming decade, and work with your peers to decide on what to tackle within and for a community, how to do it, and why
• explore and challenge your own values, philosophies, prejudices and beliefs, with the help of experienced program leaders
• build trust, rapport and networks between people with different world views
• learn about how community resources work, so you understand how to seek out opportunities and resolve challenges communities face.

As a BAILP graduate you will:

• put your leadership learnings into practice as you work with communities on challenges and opportunities that present within a complex and changing world
• join the Believe Achieve Inspire Leadership Alumni and participate, either individually or collectively, in projects and initiatives that contribute toward the common good.
